A deposit may be required to begin production on custom orders. All Blinds LLC will communicate payment terms at the time of order. Custom window treatments are made to order and are non-refundable once production has begun, except in cases of manufacturing defect.
Installation services are scheduled after product delivery. All Blinds LLC is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (weather, supply chain, etc.). Our installation team will take reasonable care to protect your property during the installation process.
Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. All Blinds LLC will assist in warranty claims on your behalf. Labor warranties, where offered, are valid for 90 days from the date of installation.
